Meet Jessica
Jessica believes counseling creates a space for people to experience feeling valued and connected. Her approach is to celebrate and build on the unique strengths each person has while exploring internal and external influences contributing to their current situation and story.
Counseling is really about learning and re-learning how to feel enriched in this life and how to create a better relationship with yourself, and Jessica believes everyone deserves that.
Jessica loves hearing about people's stories and the multiple directions life can take us. When life does take us in a direction we didn't expect, it often presents an opportunity for us to reconnect with who we are at our core. Jessica loves connecting with clients in these moments and seeing the unique nuances, strengths, passions, and quirks that often emerge as a result.
What is one piece of advice that you would
give someone considering counseling?
“Try it to see what it's actually like and know there are so many options out there for finding a good fit.”
