Meet Jessica

Jessica believes counseling creates a space for people to experience feeling valued and connected. Her approach is to celebrate and build on the unique strengths each person has while exploring internal and external influences contributing to their current situation and story.

Counseling is really about learning and re-learning how to feel enriched in this life and how to create a better relationship with yourself, and I believe everyone deserves that.

I love hearing about people's stories and the multiple directions life can take us. When life does take us in a direction we didn't expect, it often presents an opportunity for us to reconnect with who we are at our core. I love connecting with clients in these moments and seeing the unique nuances, strengths, passions, and quirks that often emerge as a result.

What is one piece of advice that you would
give someone considering counseling?

β€œTo forget everything you think you know about counseling. There is a lot of misinformation and misconceptions about it, so the best way to know what it will be like is to experience it for yourself.”
